For what kind of properties will you provide landscaping services?
While we specialize in single family homes in and around the San Antonio Texas area, we will also service duplex, tri-plex, 4-plex, and apartment complexes. We will also handle your commercial buildings or complex.
What areas do you handle?
Our service area covers most of San Antonio for our commercial customers, while our service area for residential customers cover most of the San Antonio area north of Interstate 10 on the east side of San Antonio and north of Hwy 90 on the west side of San Antonio.
What landscaping and design experience do you have?
We offer you the level of experience and expertise you should seek from any landscaping company you hire. Our key personnel have been involved in landscaping and landscape design for over 30 years.
How large is your staff?
We have several team supervisors that oversee the day to day work in the field and a small administrative staff to handle client request, billing, and etc.
Our clients really like the small office atmosphere and personal service we offer. We have none of the employee and personnel hassles that can plague larger landscaping companies and yet, we have enough personnel to service your needs unlike the "one man" company that always has to "return your call".
Why should I hire you to handle my landscaping and design needs?
You should hire us only if you think we are the best match for your landscaping and design needs. We may be the best choice for some owners and properties but not for others.
That is why this FAQ page exists so that you can learn about us and and the guiding principles the we will employ in the maintenance and landscaping of your property.
Talk to other landscapers before hiring one, and ask questions. You want to be able to trust your choice so that you won’t be worrying about your landscaping. The more research and information you gather, the better you will feel about your final decision. Of course, we’d love the chance to earn your trust and take care of your landscaping and design needs.
Do you require a contract?
In general, we do not require a contract from our residential customers. However, if the customer wants to "lock in" a rate or list of special services, we will be happy to negotiate a contract.
We do require a contract from our commercial customers.
What services do you offer?
We offer almost all landscaping and landscape design services. Please see our "Residential Services" page or our "Commercial Services" page for details.
How often do you invoice and what are you payment terms?
We invoice on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month for services performed the previous month. All invoices are due by the 10th of the month. We currently accept cash and checks. We do not currently accept credit cards although we are working on implementating that process. We can also draft your bank account automatically if that is a service you would perfer.
